  • Technical Issues: Refunds for technical issues may be considered within 7 days.

4. Consulting Services

  • Booking: Sessions are scheduled via email and confirmed upon payment.

  • Cancellations and Rescheduling:

    • Free cancellation or rescheduling if requested 24+ hours before the session.

    • 50% refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

    • No refund for missed sessions without prior notice.

  • Service Limitations:

    • We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

    • Materials shared during sessions will not be retained or used afterward.
